From October 23rd to 25th, 2024, EuP Group's cross-functional internal audit team conducted an internal assessment program at Abbey Vietnam Factory and EuP Yen Bai Factory.

The program aimed to review and improve production processes, ensure compliance with legal regulations and international standards, thereby enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction. During the three working days, the audit team interviewed staff and surveyed work processes at both factories. The assessment covered a wide range of criteria, from production processes and quality control to occupational safety.

As a result of the audit, several production processes were identified for improvement, leading to specific solutions for time and cost savings. Through the program, the factory management teams also gained awareness of their role in maintaining and improving product quality. Additionally, the program created an environment that encourages continuous innovation and improvement, promoting a more dynamic and efficient work culture across the factories.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, EuP Group Vice President - Mr. Vu Duc Hau emphasized: "This is not just a simple audit, but an important step in building a solid foundation for the company's sustainable development. The board of directors commits to continuing periodic audit programs to constantly improve product quality and operational efficiency."
