Shipping policy
EuP group cooperates with couriers, shipping agents, forwarders, shipping lines… to deliver goods to customers at the domestic market and international markets. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on the destination and the quantity of your order.

Return policy
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of receipt. We support to return due to errors arising from EuP group, not from changing of customer’s need.
Details of the policy are as follows:
- The regulations on the time to notify and send returned products. Please notify EuP group within seven (07) days (from the date of product receipt)
- The cases of accepting product return and return:
+ Delivering products with incorrect types or colors as in order or contract.
+ The products are broken before it reaches the customer
+ The product shows signs of being used or out of date.

Conditions to return products:
- Product must be purchased from EuP group
- The products are intact and fully packed, stamped.

Return process:
- Please notify EuP group via email: info@eup.vn 
- Return method: exchange of same product

Complaint policy:
- Claims will only be resolved within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- All claims, please notify EuP group via email: info@eup.vn 
- The way to resolve complaints are agreed by both parties.
