From December 18th to 21st, 2023, EuP successfully organized a Workshop on Improvement and Internal Evaluation in Hai Phong. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO of the Production Sector - Mr. Vu Duc Hau, Deputy CEO of the Technical Sector - Mr. Huynh Song Tra, factory directors, personnel, and representatives from specialized departments. Additionally, the workshop welcomed a special guest: the CEO of P&Q Solutions.
During the workshop session, the directors and the workforce jointly conducted an internal evaluation of the activities at the Hai Phong factory. Also, they are assigned the task of updating procedures and providing guidance to specialized departments for system-wide application starting from 2024. This will establish a solid synchronization in the production process, thereby enhancing efficiency and product quality. Beyond the internal evaluation, the directors focused on reviewing performance results and key operational indicators of the factories. This allowed them to set targets and identify areas for improvement for application in 2024, to enhance work efficiency.
Furthermore, the CEO of P&Q Solutions led a subsequent workshop, presenting methods for business improvement. This workshop opened up opportunities for participants to discuss, share opinions, and identify main improvement directions for 2024 to optimize production costs. This affirms EuP's continuous efforts and determination to optimize costs, providing customers with competitively priced quality raw materials.
The Workshop on Improvement and Internal Evaluation yielded many positive results, notably the completion of Hai Phong Factory’s internal evaluation. Subsequently, numerous key processes of the factories were reviewed and cross-checked for updates and implementation across the system in 2024. Lastly, the analysis and evaluation of key operational indicators were synchronized within the system, directing improvements for 2024.
This is indeed a significant step and a breakthrough in optimizing and enhancing production quality at the Hai Phong Factory. We appreciate the active cooperation and meaningful contributions from all participants in this workshop.
