Training program on employee coaching skills for the management team of Yen Bai factories

On October 3rd and 4th, EuP Group’s HR Department organized an intensive training course on employee coaching and training skills for management staff at Team Leader level and above within the Yen Bai factories. This valuable opportunity helped leadership teams enhance their abilities in coaching, mentoring, and developing employees, thereby building a professional, efficient, and sustainable working environment.

 

 

 The training program focused on several key topics, including:

1. The importance of training and human resource development in organizations.
2. Stakeholders' responsibilities in employee training and development.
3. Effective training, coaching, and mentoring methods (OJT).
4. Factors affecting the coaching and mentoring process, and how to identify waste in this process.
5. EuP Group's three core values and standards for coaches and mentors
6. Steps for effective coaching and mentoring include planning and preparing materials, teaching employees how to receive and confirm information, understanding and adjusting employee psychology, receiving feedback, and modifying plans.

 

 

The course not only enhanced management skills but also equipped managers with useful tools and templates to support their daily work. This marks an important step in EuP Group's human resource development strategy, contributing to a solid foundation for the Group's sustainable development.
